Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Supervision: Lead and instruct a team of 5-10 people, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Spreadsheet to manage restaurant operations and maintain accurate records.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
