Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and reconcile cash reports
    • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
    • Develop and implement health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
