About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Bapa's Burritos Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and improve operations.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business demands.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, standing for extended periods and walking as part of their duties.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and walking.
