Job Summary

Romen International Inc is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and contracting process, ensuring that our company's needs are met while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Contracting: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and manage the contracting process from start to finish.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing to delivery, to ensure that goods and services are received on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and operational teams, to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
