Director, Industry and Professional Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Industry and Professional Engagement team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster strong relationships with industry partners, employers, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to engage industry partners, employers, and community organizations to advance our institutional goals.
- Lead a team of professionals in employer relations, job development, and business development.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, employers, and community organizations.
- Develop and implement programs and services to support the needs of industry partners, employers, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- 7 years of professional experience in industry relations, employer relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to engage industry partners, employers, and community organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
