Director, Client Relationship Manager

Mufg Investorservices is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director, Client Account Management. This position requires a strong background in client relationship management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and operations staff at our clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Account Management: Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for all client queries, providing timely and effective solutions to complex problems.
- Incident Management: Own and manage incidents/errors end to end in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue cross-sale opportunities, actively participating in RFPs or other business development initiatives as required.
- Commercial Conversations: Lead commercial conversations with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on fund administration services.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrate leadership and management skills, effectively leading a team of accounting professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the fund administration industry, including various fund structures, fee calculations, financial instruments, and fund offering documentation review.
- Qualifications: Third Level Qualification (degree or higher) in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Experience: At least 10 years' experience working in the fund administration or asset management industry, with a strong background in client relationship management and account management.
- Skills: Excellent business acumen, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team of accounting professionals.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with experience in fund administration software such as Geneva, Investran, Yardi, and Mantra an advantage.
