Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Processing
    • Verify prescription information for accuracy
    • Enter client information into our database
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
    • Restock shelves and supplies as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients
    • Answer questions and address concerns in a professional manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
    • Manage routine office functions, including reception and booking appointments
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other staff members to achieve team goals
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience in a pharmacy or related field is an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
