About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at BYTEMINDS IT SERVICES INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Access Management: Provide secure access to computer networks for authorized personnel.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Regularly report on the performance of computer systems and networks to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Technical Research and Development: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • User Training and Support: Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Documentation: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Application Redesign and Software Development: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience and system efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision: Supervise other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing user concerns and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Environment: Work a standard 35 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role, with opportunities to work with other languages as needed.
