About Nike Retail

Nike Retail is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can grow your career and make a real impact. As a Seasonal Store Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing elite service to our customers and helping to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Nike products and services, including our latest and greatest offerings.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.
  • Work effectively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age.
  • Able to effectively communicate and work with a diverse group of customers and colleagues.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
