Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sree Sai Enterprises Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
- Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate total payment, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed.
- Participate in Promotional Activities: Participate in sales promotions, product demonstrations, and other in-store events to drive sales and engage customers.
- Verify Customer Age: Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and meet sales targets.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
