As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:
* Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
* Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
* Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Experience in retail sales or customer service an asset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
