About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at SAN CEDAR DIRECT SALES (EDMONTON). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on our products and services.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
