Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the self-service area.
- Assist customers with processing transactions through the self-service area, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Promote company-sponsored programs and services, such as credit card services and product protection initiatives.
- Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Respond to EAS alarms and complete necessary documentation.
- Communicate with the Customer Service Manager regarding technical issues or low cash levels in the self-service area.
- Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated location after use.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
