About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in the transportation industry with CB Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fueling and maintenance facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet incoming customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Perform entry-level duties, including fuel island inspections, fueling and washing vehicles, and performing minor repairs
  • Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales
  • Order stock and price and shelve incoming goods
  • Rotate or replace tires and provide customers with information about local roads and highways
  • Clean parking areas, offices, restrooms, and equipment, and remove trash
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Current driver's license class G or class 5 and ability to obtain class DZ within 6 months of being hired required
  • Willingness to work in non-climate controlled environments
  • Basic computer skills preferred for data entry into maintenance systems
