Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food products meet quality control standards
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service is essential.
