We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stony Plain Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
