About the Role

Crunch Fitness Canada (CFC001) is seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Kids Club Attendant. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children while their parents or guardians work out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Childcare Services: Provide high-quality childcare services to children aged 6 months to 12 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Registration and Check-out: Properly register and check-out children and their parents, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth experience for all.
  • Engagement and Activities: Plan and implement engaging activities, games, and arts and crafts projects to stimulate children's minds and creativity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all children and parents.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous childcare experience or babysitting experience is essential.
  • Certifications: CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in reading and writing.
