Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Mechanic Assistant to join our team at 2678642 Ontario Inc. As an Automotive Mechanic Assistant, you will provide support to our automotive technicians in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist automotive technicians with various tasks, including moving tools and equipment, holding stakes during surveying activities, and signaling safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Work Environment

As an Automotive Mechanic Assistant, you will work in a dynamic and physically demanding environment. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of manual dexterity.
