Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Document Genie Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences; determine and establish office procedures and routines; schedule and confirm appointments; manage contracts; answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; answer electronic enquiries; compile data, statistics, and other information; respond to employee questions and complaints; order office supplies and maintain inventory; greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; provide customer service; consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; attention to detail.
  • Experience: Experience an asset; permanent position; 32 hours per week; English language; work in a fast-paced environment.
