Culinary Supervisor Job Opportunity at JJBG Holdings Inc

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Supervisor to join our team at JJBG Holdings Inc. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Coordinate and oversee food preparation activities to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor staff on job tasks, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply needs to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service to maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock and sales to inform business decisions.
Supervision and Leadership:
  • Responsible for overseeing and leading a team of 5-10 staff members.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with high pressure to deliver exceptional results.
