Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless restaurant operations.

Inventory Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Financial Management

Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses to optimize profitability.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Requirements
  • Leadership and Supervision

Supervise and check assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and standing for extended periods.

Education and Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Language

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
