About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Affordable Kitchen Cabinets Inc. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents.
  • Operations Coordination: Coordinate and implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and delegate work to office support staff as needed.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including maintaining a fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
