Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Train staff on new procedures and policies
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
