Job Title: Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Star Insurance Services Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including payroll administration and budget control
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and maintain a fast-paced work environment

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
