Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent deadlines and multiple priorities.
