Guest Experience Supervisor

Civic Hotel, a boutique hotel located in the heart of Surrey City, is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and supervise daily operations at the Front Desk, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency.
  • Handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure pre-arrival requirements are met, and work with hotel security officers to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Oversee all areas of the hotel operation in the absence of senior management, acting upon urgent issues as required.
  • Ensure the lobby, front desk, and all public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous supervisory or management capacity in the Front Office division of a boutique or luxury hotel setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of Front Office policies and procedures, proficiency in computer applications, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
