About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Guildford Hotel Ltd. As a Night Clerk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of guest services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Night Shift Staff: Lead and direct a team of night shift staff, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
  • Work Setting: The Night Clerk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel's systems and equipment.
  • Task Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks, ensuring that all duties are completed to a high standard.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as required.
  • Work Environment: The Night Clerk Supervisor will work a 40-hour week, with regular hours and occasional overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
