Job Summary

The Guest Experience Supervisor is a key member of the Front Office team at Century Group, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Front Office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure seamless pre-arrival preparations.
  • Work closely with hotel security to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Oversee hotel operations in the absence of senior management, addressing urgent issues and reporting observations.
  • Maintain the lobby, front desk, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Attend meetings and hotel functions as required, representing the Front Office.
  • Assist in other areas of Room Division as needed.

Requirements

  • Hotel and Restaurant Management degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in Front Office operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Front Office policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and Google applications.
  • Opera proficiency is an asset.
  • Flexible schedule and availability for overnight coverage.
