About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at Morson International. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements through consultation with hiring managers and analysis of business needs.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates.
    • Source and screen applicants, ensuring a high-quality pool of candidates for our clients.
  • Candidate Management
    • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
    • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
    • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Experience
    • 1-7 months of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
