About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Club Pilates studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio functions, including membership sales, retail sales, instructor performance, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all sales efforts and drive membership growth
  • Develop strategies to prevent member attrition to competitors
  • Hire, train, and manage Sales Associates within the studio
  • Utilize discretion and independent judgment in directing the work of all employees and personnel
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure accurate inventory counts
  • Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized and proficient in data management
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software
  • Experience in the fitness industry and/or knowledge of Pilates is preferred
