Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the RW&CO brand to new heights. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth, championing innovation, and guiding our talented team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead a high-performing senior management team to deliver exceptional results
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgets and expense optimization
- Champion a customer-centric mindset to enhance brand DNA
- Oversee the implementation of growth strategies across multiple marketing channels, visual presentation, planning & allocation, sales, and operations
- 15 years of progressive experience in retail, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior executive role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- Proven track record of growing and leveraging a brand while delivering growth and profitability
- Strong ability to develop and leverage relationships within RCL and external stakeholders
