Job Title: General Manager

Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the RW&CO brand to new heights. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth, championing innovation, and guiding our talented team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a high-performing senior management team to deliver flawless execution and achieve business objectives
  • Manage the implementation of growth strategies across multiple marketing channels, visual presentation, planning & allocation, sales, and operations
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset to enhance and support brand DNA
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the brand departments, maintain budgets, and optimize expenses
  • Lead the brand with a clearly defined sense of business direction and purpose, fostering a culture focused on performance and collaboration
Requirements:
  • 15 years of progressive experience in retail, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior executive role
  • Proven track record of growing and leveraging a brand while delivering growth and profitability
  • Strong ability to develop and leverage their network and relationships within RCL and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
