Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the RW&CO brand to new heights of growth and profitability.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving business activities across Canada, championing innovation, and guiding the brand to achieve its full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive profitability and sustainable growth
- Lead the implementation of marketing, visual presentation, planning, and allocation strategies
- Manage day-to-day operations, maintain budgets, and optimize expenses
- Champion a customer-centric mindset to enhance brand DNA
- Oversee the brand's growth and profitability in existing and new markets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15 years of progressive experience in retail, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior executive role
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- Proven experience managing P&L, top and bottom line oriented
- A strong ability to develop and leverage relationships within RCL and external stakeholders
