We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Royal Canadian Lodge Banff. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Attention to detail
- Fast-paced environment
- Handling heavy loads
- Physically demanding
- Repetitive tasks
- Standing for extended periods
- Work under pressure
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be working in a team environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
