As a key member of our team at PK Banff Inc, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen. This includes establishing efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a college education and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.

The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as preparing and submitting reports. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek and requires a strong understanding of English.
