Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team. As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving insurance claims in a fair and timely manner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and evaluate insurance claims to determine liability and extent of damages
  • Conduct site visits and interviews with claimants and witnesses to gather information
  • Analyze complex data and documents to make informed decisions
  • Communicate with claimants, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve claims
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize claim costs and maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • BC Adjuster's license Level 2 required
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance claims adjusting
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
