Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that clients have the appropriate insurance policies in place to cover their risks, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Risk Assessment: Provide information to clients concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell insurance policies to clients, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
Work Environment

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
