About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Specialist Sr to join our team at Scottsdale Community College. This is a full-time position that will provide advanced administrative office support for all facilities management department activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and/or office support for the Assistant Director of Facilities Management and department managers for moderately complex and varied work assignments.
  • Support procurement/purchasing, work order management, coordinating and assisting with projects/activities, and functions related to the campus facilities management office.
  • Maintain liaison with other administrators, employees, groups, and organizations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to teaching, learning, and student success. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
