Medical Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to join our team at The Toronto GI Clinic Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, and develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services.
- Coordination and Communication: Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, and consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials.
- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Setting: Hospital/medical facility or clinic.
