Medical Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to join our team at The Toronto GI Clinic Corporation.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Director will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our medical clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinic team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including budgeting, planning, and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
