Medical Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to join our team at The Toronto GI Clinic Corporation.
Job SummaryThe Medical Clinic Director will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our medical clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Patient Care: Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services, develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services, and coordinate the work of healthcare professionals.
- Communication: Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials, and maintain excellent oral communication skills.
- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
- Work Setting: Hospital/medical facility or clinic.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics, and reliability.
