Medical Clinic Director

The Toronto GI Clinic Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to lead our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and identify areas for improvement
- Collaboration and Communication
- Co-ordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services
- Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Education
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
