Restaurant Manager Job Description

Singh Tiffin & Catering is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost control and financial reporting.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high-quality dining experience, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
