About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Studio Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio, ensuring that our Beauty Advisors are equipped to provide an exceptional in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Studio Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Beauty Studio, ensuring that all Beauty Advisors are adequately trained and equipped to manage the studio and drive services on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Innovation and Technology: Ensure that Beauty Advisors are leveraging our technology innovations within services to provide an elevated in-store experience for our clients.
  3. Client Experience: Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring that Beauty Advisors' availability and classes are published and that staffing levels are adequate to support increased services.
  4. Event Management: Manage all in-store events with the services team, ensuring that all events are planned and staffed appropriately to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
  5. Training and Development: Manage the development and certifications process for Beauty Advisors, providing opportunities for them to elevate their artistry skills.
  6. Performance Assessment and Development: Participate in all performance management situations for any issues related to the Beauty Studio or related to any direct reports.
  7. Client Engagement: Regularly act as Manager on Duty within the store, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on-stage.

Requirements:

  1. You have two to four years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  2. You have excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
  3. You have a proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
