The Landscape Operations Manager at Gardens of Eden Plantscaping will oversee various aspects of landscape management and maintenance. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Recruit, manage, and schedule team members effectively.
  • Coordinate the planting processes for trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Plan and oversee grounds maintenance activities.
  • Lead the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction projects.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in landscape management.
  • Employment duration: Permanent.
  • Working language: English.
  • Work hours: 32 hours per week.
