Importance of this Position:

OVERVIEW:

The primary goal is to enhance the sales of beauty merchandise and services offered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Boost sales and promote awareness of marketing initiatives.
  2. Maintain a positive and engaging sales approach.
  3. Encourage the sale of beauty items.
  4. Motivate customers to engage with loyalty programs.

CUSTOMER INTERACTION:

  1. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members.
  2. Prioritize customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
  3. Exemplify desired behaviors to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  4. Market products effectively and advocate for loyalty program participation.
  5. Actively promote and schedule in-store events.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:

  1. Showcase and advocate for the company's offerings.
  2. Participate in training and educational workshops.
  3. Follow established Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:

  1. Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
  2. Follow all store policies and procedures diligently.
  3. Implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance within the department.
  4. Maintain professionalism at all times.
  5. Perform additional tasks as necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  2. Ability to think independently and make informed choices.
  3. Proficient selling abilities in the beauty sector.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  1. Demonstrated consultative skills to provide insightful information.
  2. Proven sales experience with a successful track record.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of various beauty products and services.
  4. Capability to conduct detailed makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate techniques.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  2. Capability to climb ladders as needed.
  3. Flexibility to bend and stretch for stocking purposes.
