Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant retail management, preferably in cosmetics
- Ability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service
- Prior experience in business planning, including setting sales and customer service goals, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Experience in retail operations, including inventory management, facilities oversight, and cash handling
- Proven success in leading a team to meet sales and customer service objectives
- Experience in organizing and executing in-store events
- Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work
- Expected Base Salary Range: $52,700 to $79,300 (Dependent on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget), based on a 40-hour work week (range to be adjusted accordingly). Additionally, MAC offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. The Company also maintains competitive incentive compensation programs (eligibility may vary based on specific plan terms). You may qualify for participation in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, under the guidelines in effect at the time of hire. Further details regarding the commission plan will be shared during onboarding.
