About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nail Care Specialist to join our team at Tropical Oasis Nail Lounge and Spa Ltd. As a Nail Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
  • Consult with clients to determine their nail care needs and preferences
  • Use a variety of nail care techniques and products to achieve desired results
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in the nail care industry, preferably in a spa or salon setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
