Position Overview
The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive administrative assistance within an educational environment, contributing to the overall support of students, faculty, and guardians.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking a pivotal role in managing office administrative operations
- Designing, executing, and sustaining administrative and clerical frameworks and protocols
- Overseeing and maintaining the student information system, including student records and enrollment processes
- Organizing student transportation logistics and handling monthly bus fee transactions
- Evaluating, reconciling, and reporting on financial transactions
- Administering both school-generated and allocated financial resources
- Aiding in budget formulation and revisions
- Supporting the coordination of facility and grounds upkeep
Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma in an accredited administrative assistant program or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative support experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, and SchoolZone
- Certification in First Aid
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
