Position Overview

The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive administrative assistance within an educational environment, contributing to the overall support of students, faculty, and guardians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking a pivotal role in managing office administrative operations
  • Designing, executing, and sustaining administrative and clerical frameworks and protocols
  • Overseeing and maintaining the student information system, including student records and enrollment processes
  • Organizing student transportation logistics and handling monthly bus fee transactions
  • Evaluating, reconciling, and reporting on financial transactions
  • Administering both school-generated and allocated financial resources
  • Aiding in budget formulation and revisions
  • Supporting the coordination of facility and grounds upkeep

Qualifications and Skills

  • Completion of a post-secondary diploma in an accredited administrative assistant program or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative support experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, and SchoolZone
  • Certification in First Aid
