About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Simply Fresh. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the serving area and kitchen
  • Handle customer transactions and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the serving area
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
